PISTON TYPE AIR COMPRESSORS

DESIGN:
KARAK piston type air compressors are simple, esthetic and erconomic designed. Special metarials are used for the air compressor and the weight is minimized. The centre of the gravity and the moment displacements are calculated so that one can easily move the compressor by himself. The air pump can be easily assambled and disassambled from the air tank.
EFFICIENCY:
Efficient valves that minimize the volume loss are used in KARAK piston type compressors. The temperature of the air pump is reduced by the super efficient propeller wings (see KARAK DEHAS Technology) which makes the compressor work properly. Special type roller bearing minimizes the friction.
SILENT PERFORMANCE :
There is no vibration produced by the balance problem in KARAK piston type compressor. Test methods are used in every step of the production. In the final tests the compressors are tested with running test methods.
LONG LIFE AND ECONOMIC :
KARAK piston type compressors are produced by using the most suitable raw material and subparts. All the production process is under control. Production quality is under control with the final control and the tests. This achievment leads to long life and products with no failure to be produced.
